We’re hiring a Boarding Coordinator who is customer-focused, efficient, and detail-oriented. This role involves assisting passengers with boarding and alighting from our coach buses, as well as handling ticket sales. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to providing exceptional service.
About the Role
As a Boarding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for our passengers. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting passengers with timely boarding and alighting from coach buses, ensuring a smooth and punctual travel experience.
- Handling ticket sales and verifying tickets to expedite boarding processes
- Ability to handle and stow heavy luggages with care and attention to passenger belongings.
- Maintaining a customer-centric approach to address passenger inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Upholding a professional demeanor and ensuring passenger satisfaction during the ground experience.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the boarding and alighting process.
- Reporting any incidents or issues promptly for resolution.
